Job summary

Walmart is seeking a front-end supervisor in Mount Pleasant, MI. You will supervise associates, assign duties, train staff, and ensure excellent member service.

Responsibilities include processing memberships, assisting with purchasing decisions, and supporting open-door communication policies. In this role you will help with recruiting, scheduling, and coaching, while maintaining store standards, handling returns, and promoting Walmart products and services.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Leading a front-end team and supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and giving direction and feedback
• Provide member service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and processing memberships and credit accounts
• Support scheduling, recruiting, and training; participate in sales and marketing events
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and handle returns/claims
• Follow Open Door Policy and uphold Walmart values and integrity standards
