Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, offering guidance and support.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance.
• Stock and merchandise, set up displays, process claims, and ensure safety and compliance.
