Job summary

Talentify is seeking an on-site receptionist at our Lakeland, FL facility. You will deliver friendly customer service to members, guests, and participants, greet visitors, and facilitate memberships and program sign-ups.

You’ll balance transactions, maintain lobby cleanliness, and support team reporting and training efforts. Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Greet all individuals entering the facility and assist with inquiries.
• Promote memberships and programs and sell memberships when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception desk and lobby area.
• Handle data entry and balance financial transactions for enrollments and changes.
• Ensure proper guest registration and scanning of membership cards.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.
