Job summary

The YMCA of Florida is seeking a Member Engagement Representative to welcome guests, manage access, and drive onboarding and enrollment. You will connect members with programs, track engagement, and help achieve individual and team sales metrics while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include tours, promoting wellness and community programs, and building relationships across diverse communities. Flexibility for weekends and on-call shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow access-control procedures for members and guests.
• Engage with members to connect them with YMCA programs.
• Assist new members with onboarding and enrollment.
• Promote programs and drive membership sales.
• Meet sales and enrollment performance targets.
• Attend trainings and maintain certifications.
• Protect member information per policy.
• Represent the YMCA with professional conduct.
