Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Experience Specialist to greet members at the front desk, set the tone, and keep the club clean and organized. You will guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, helping them feel valued, motivated, and excited to return.

As the first face members see, you’ll contribute to a welcoming community while driving membership sales through confident conversations and tours, and supporting a positive gym experience for all.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Membership sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and inviting for all guests.
• Engage with members to motivate and build authentic connections.
