VASA Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Experience Specialist to greet members, build personal connections, keep the club clean, and set the welcoming tone for every visit.

You’ll guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, support multi-tasking across front desk duties, and contribute to a motivated, inclusive culture that helps people stay engaged and come back.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• 1+ year of customer service; membership sales preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members, build personal connections, and keep the club clean and organized.
