Job summary

VASA Fitness in Utah is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, build connections, and guide them on memberships and personal training options. You will keep the club clean and organized and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.

This role offers a base rate of $11.40 per hour plus commission with no cap, plus two complimentary gym memberships and eligibility for 401(k) and other programs; 30+ hours per week qualifies for PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; membership sales preferred.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean and organized, including the front desk area and bathrooms.
• Drive member experience and sales through confident conversations and tours.
• Respond to member needs with helpful solutions.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
