VASA Fitness in Oswego, IL is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to be the friendly face at the front desk, greet members, and guide them on memberships and training options. You will keep the club clean, organized, and inviting, helping members feel valued and motivated to return.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, an interest in health and fitness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.

• 1+ year of customer service or membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

HOW WILL YOU CHANGE LIVES?

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.00 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am

• Feedback is shared with leadership and used to improve the member experience
