Job summary

You will handle deposits and withdrawals, educate members on online banking and Bill Pay, and uphold confidentiality while applying security guidelines. The role requires a proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and a servant-leader mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Home Equity certification is a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong rapport with members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of current technology; navigate multiple software environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Open new accounts and process IRA transactions; demonstrate online banking and Bill Pay.
• Handle debit cards, payroll, direct deposit and disbursements requests.
• Originate loan applications and collect required documents for approval.
• Grow member relationships with timely follow-up and CRM documentation.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other member transactions.
• Educate members on products and services and refer new business opportunities.
