Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking an MSR to acquire and grow member relationships, delivering personalized service with accuracy and integrity. The role emphasizes sales within a collaborative team, balancing cash duties and following credit union policies.

The position involves outbound calls, profiling members to uncover opportunities, and coordinating with Wealth/Commercial/Mortgage or Insurance teams to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of similar or related experience or 12 months in an MSR role with knowledge of all credit union accounts and products with proven ability to handle a wide variety of functions quickly and accurately.
• High energy and sales ability and interpersonal skills to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments and organize work efficiently. Must demonstrate good time management skills to meet established deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.
• Proven relationship building skills and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in member acquisition, relationship expansion, and service excellence.
• Builds member relationships by identifying financial needs and matching GreenState products or referring to specialized departments.
• Makes weekly outbound sales calls to members and supports sales promotions and contests.
• Balances a cash drawer daily and adheres to cash handling policies.
• Maintains confidentiality of member information and adheres to all regulations.
