Job summary

GreenState Insurance Services LLC is seeking a motivated MSR to acquire and expand member relationships with a focus on accurate service. You will balance cash, handle deposits, and promote GreenState products while delivering professional, friendly member support.

The role requires high energy, 1 year of related experience, and the ability to work weekdays with some Saturdays. A bilingual pay program and progressive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of MSR or related sales experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computer applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Bondable and compliant with SAFÉ Act requirements.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Credit Union Service Standards in carrying out mission.
• Provide exceptional member service and build relationships.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures.
• Profile members to uncover opportunities for additional business.
• Build relationships and promote GreenState products and services.
• Make weekly outbound sales calls to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
