Job summary

Mobility Credit Union is seeking a motivated teller to serve members in our Irving, TX branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and everyday financial transactions while delivering courteous, accurate service.

The ideal candidate has a high school education, excellent communication and math skills, and the ability to upsell credit union products. Spanish is a plus; we offer competitive pay, a 6% 401(k) match, health coverage, and a $1000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls from members to take orders, answer inquiries, and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals.
• Processes loan and account applications and assists members with account problems.
• Provides information and resolves member questions in a prompt, professional manner.
