Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Member Experience Manager to support members and guests by delivering best-in-class service. You will lead front desk staff, address member concerns, resolve billing issues, and partner with gym managers to ensure a clean, friendly, and well-maintained facility.

As a key leader, you will train and coach staff, implement retention strategies, monitor satisfaction, and help shape a positive gym culture that reflects our core values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or front-line leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with fitness management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fitness industry operations and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to enhance member experience.
• Serve as first point of contact for member concerns and billing questions.
• Address member complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Develop and execute member retention strategies.
• Monitor member satisfaction and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with gym managers to address feedback and improvements.
• Lead and coach front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
• Support facility operations including cleanliness and safety protocols.
