VASA Fitness in Centennial, CO is seeking a Member Experience Lead (MEL) to motivate, coach, and develop the MES team while driving club results. The MEL reports to the General Manager and leads by example to create a welcoming, high-energy guest experience aligned with the UP-LIFT culture.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training MES, maintaining facilities, promoting REVIVE sales, and delivering world-class service to members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service in retail, restaurant, or in-person service
• 3+ years leading operational teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CPR certification within first 30 days of employment

Responsabilités

• Ensure MES create and maintain the UPLIFT culture in the club
• Lead the guest-to-member journey to deliver a welcoming brand experience
• Recruit, hire, and train all MES team members
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to recognize success and address opportunities for improvement
• Support GM in creating and executing sales plans
