Job summary

VASA Fitness in Orem is seeking a Member Experience Lead to drive club results, coach the MES team, and ensure a world-class member experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while nurturing a welcoming, non-intimidating environment that reflects the VASA brand.

The MEL will partner with the GM to forecast staffing needs and develop sales plans, with emphasis on guest conversion and brand standards across daily operations. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years customer service in a retail, restaurant or in-person based service industry.
• 3+ years leading operational teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Build relationships by quickly earning trust and positively influencing others.
• Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.
• CPR Certified within the first 30 days of employement.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MES create and maintain the UPLIFT culture in the club.
• Lead the guest-to-member journey and create an exceptional brand experience.
• Recruit, hire, and train all MES team members.
• Lead by example and coach MES on brand values and customer interactions.
• Promote in-club REVIVE sales and shop.
• Maintain club facilities and ensure equipment is functioning and staff are friendly.
