Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Advisor to provide exceptional member service as a consultant on deposits and loan transactions, new accounts, closings, and referrals to credit union products and services.

The role includes processing a variety of member transactions, preparing wire transfer paperwork, assisting with Online Banking, notary services, and coordinating with school branch locations and community events.

Qualifications

Experience delivering member service in a credit union or financial institution.
Ability to handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance accurately.

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
Prepare documentation for wire transfers and card services; assist with Online Banking setup.
Open/close safe deposit access and maintain documentation; discuss credit union products and referrals.
Serve as lobby leader, direct members to resources, and support branch efficiency.
Travel to branch locations as needed and participate in team meetings and training.
