Responsibilities

• Processes various transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, loans, transfers, and more.
• Prepares paperwork for wire transfers, stop payments, direct deposit forms, card services, and statements.
• Opens, closes, transfers, and provides access to safe deposit boxes.
• Discusses credit union products and services and promotes referrals.
• Acts as lobby leader to guide members efficiently and minimizes wait times.
• Travels to multiple branches to provide staffing support when needed.
• Assists with onboarding new accounts and loan closings.
• Provides Notary, Medallion, and Signature Guarantee services.
