Talentify is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for our Portland facility. You will greet members, answer questions, resolve issues, and perform basic administrative duties to keep the gym running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness, with basic computer proficiency. This role is onsite and offers opportunities to engage with a thriving fitness community.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests enthusiastically.
• Provide high level customer service and resolve issues.
• Handle front desk tasks including phones and check-ins.
• Take prospective members on tours of the facility.
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed.
• Enforce facility rules and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Close the gym.
