ModWash is hiring for a Key Holder to manage daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure every guest has a legendary car wash experience. You will greet customers, educate them on membership value, and help select the best package.

You’ll open/close sites, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of service and safety throughout shifts. The role requires energetic communication, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in customer service and selling memberships.
• Experience in selling packages or memberships is a plus.
• Able to motivate teammates in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and help select best options.
