Job summary

The Jacquelyn in Sacramento is seeking a Part-Time Member Relationship Coordinator. You’ll be on the floor during events, cultivate member connections, and ensure a warm, hospitality-driven experience. This role requires enthusiasm for social interaction, strong communication, and discretion as a trusted right hand to the co-owners.

Evenings and weekends are required to engage the club’s members. You'll manage guest relations, assist with membership conversations, and stay tech-savvy for records

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal instructions.
• Stamina to work up to 25+ hours per week, depending on coverage.
• Technology competent and able to learn new software
• Work with a sense of urgency and can multitask.
• Unparalleled time management skills: can manage and complete priority workflows and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• You'll be the connector; the person who remembers that Sarah just started a new business and would benefit from meeting Michael, or that James mentioned wanting to explore meditation and should join our next wellness workshop.
• During member events, you'll be our maître d'—welcoming, attentive, and attuned to the energy in the room.
• You'll champion the member experience, identifying opportunities to enhance how members engage with the club and each other.
• When challenges arise, you'll handle them with grace and a solutions-oriented mindset, always keeping member satisfaction at the forefront.
