Job summary

First New York seeks a friendly, outgoing Member Service Representative to welcome members, open accounts, cross-sell products, and promote e‑services. You will help members with transactions, provide loan referrals, and ensure accurate servicing in a fully on-site setting.

In this role, you’ll maintain knowledge of all credit union products, follow policies for compliance, and support branch goals while delivering outstanding service to every member interaction.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and cross-sell products to meet member needs and branch goals.
• Promote e-services and provide cross-sell education to members.
• Deliver unsurpassed member service with every interaction.
• Provide consumer and real estate loan referrals to Loan Sales/Branch Management.
• Refer members to Retirement and Investment Services program.
• Manage account and loan servicing requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain Notary Public designation and comply with regulations.
