Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and cross-sell products to meet member needs.
• Cross-sell and educate members on e-services.
• Provide consumer and real estate loan referrals to Loan Sales/Branch Management.
• Participate in the Sales Incentive Program.
• Refer members to Retirement and Investment Services.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services.
• Efficiently service accounts and loans, ensuring timely processing.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act and applicable regulations.
• Assist members at teller and service desk.
• Maintain Notary Public designation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
