Job summary

First New York Federal Credit Union in Arkansas is seeking an energetic Member Service Associate to provide outstanding service, greet members, assess needs, and guide them to the right solutions. You will open accounts, cross-sell products, and promote e-services while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.

The role is fully on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, including weekend rotation as shown, and requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to support branch goals.

Qualifications

• Greet members and determine needs while delivering friendly, professional service.
• Cross-sell banking products to meet member goals and branch targets.
• Must be proficient with available e-services and privacy/regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and cross-sell products to benefit members.
• Knowledge of all credit union e-services for cross-selling and education.
• Provide consumer and real estate loan referrals as needed.
• Participate in Sales Incentive Program.
• Refer members to Retirement and Investment Services.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Process service requests accurately and timely.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act and other policies.
• Assist members with transactions at teller and service desk.
• Maintain Notary Public designation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
