Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the member experience, drive enrollment, and help manage daily club operations. You will provide tours, convert prospects, and deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience at our Clinton, MD club.

The role requires 2+ years sales experience, strong communication and people-management skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills.
• Organized, punctual, customer-focused with a friendly professional presence.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM/sales tracking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, guide onboarding, and ensure members stay engaged.
• Recruit, convert, and retain members to meet monthly goals.
• Host tours and convert prospects for onboarding.
• Generate local leads and support club marketing.
• Track leads, appointments, and referrals in the CRM.
• Maintain high standards for member service, safety, and club appearance.
• Lead from the front and help with day-to-day club ops.
