Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in a sales or member service role with cash handling.
• Strong customer-service mindset and willingness to learn and teach others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong member relationships and promote credit union products.
• Deliver personalized, attentive service and address inquiries promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow membership and deposits.
• Help prevent fraud and manage risks while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Balance teller duties with platform services as needed.
• Assist with branch operations and daily tasks.
