Job summary

Addition Financial is seeking a Relationship Advisor in Downtown Tallahassee to serve members with a high level of personal service and product knowledge. You will engage members, promote CU solutions, and handle everyday transactions while maintaining a focus on accuracy and compliance.

This full-time, 40-hour role requires a service-minded, people-first approach. You'll balance teller duties with platform services, contribute to deposit growth, and help deliver an outstanding member experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in a sales or member service role with cash handling experience.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Genuine willingness to learn, improve and teach others.
• Able to handle transactions accurately and communicate with courtesy and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong member relationships and promote credit union products.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with personalized service.
• Drive membership and deposit growth through proactive outreach.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Support branch operations and balance teller and platform duties as needed.
