• Proficiency in processing transactions accurately and handling inquiries.
• Willingness to learn and educate others about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and promote products and services.
• Deliver personalized, attentive service to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Identify opportunities to expand membership and deposits through proactive outreach.
• Balance teller line and platform services based on member demand.
• Process deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions.
• Assist branch operations with daily tasks and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Addition Financial products and industry trends.
