Job summary

AFF in Short Pump (Richmond, VA 23233) is seeking an AFF Team Member and Welcome Desk Team Member to greet members, assist guests, and deliver exceptional service as they enter the club.

You will follow all Service Standards, arrive early wearing the required uniform, manage member check-ins, handle reservations, answer calls, and support club operations. CPR/AED certification within 60 days is required; a year of customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Salary history will not be requested or used in the hiring process (Virginia law)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter the club.
• Follow and uphold service standards, training, and department policies.
• Provide high-quality customer service with a welcoming, friendly attitude.
• Know and implement the club's emergency response protocol and safety procedures.
• Arrive 5 minutes early and wear department uniform.
• Participate in department and club meetings; be a team player.
• Maintain clear communication with teammates and management.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning checklists as required.
