Job summary

Qualifications

• Red Cross CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience in a customer service or housekeeping setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality customer service to members with a welcoming, energetic attitude.
• Follow Service Standards and Training/Policy Manuals.
• Respond to member concerns in a timely and professional way.
• Know the club's emergency response protocol and act with safety as a priority.
• Arrive 10 minutes early in uniform and be a team player.
• Attend department and company meetings and communicate developments to the team.
• Record necessary repairs and report inventory levels.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.
