Job summary

SPENGA in Arlington, VA is seeking a warm, energetic front desk sales associate to welcome members and drive memberships. You will sell memberships and retail, meet and exceed sales and retention targets, and help increase client participation.

duties include setting up equipment, keeping the studio clean, and promoting SPENGA culture both in and out of the studio. This role requires strong sales experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to SPENGA's 60-minute workout philosophy.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience or certifications in personal, group training, spin or yoga is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain a clean facility.
• Act as a SPENGA ambassador, promoting the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
