Job summary

SPENGA Ballston is seeking a friendly front desk sales associate to warmly welcome members, drive memberships and retail sales, and enhance the overall studio experience. You will set up equipment, maintain a clean space, and promote SPENGA culture with guests and members.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, brings energy and emotional intelligence, and can handle evening or weekend shifts (4:30p-8:30p; weekends). Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities and strong sales background.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin or yoga is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

You’re the first impression of our studio, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, create excitement, and deliver SPENGA hospitality to members and help new guests feel comfortable taking the first step toward their fitness goals. Evening/Weekends available. Minimum 2-3 shifts/week required. Hours needed are 4:30p-8:30pm M-Th, Saturday 7:30a-12pm, Sunday 8:30a-1:00p
