Job summary

SPENGA in Arlington is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk associate to warmly welcome members and support sales and retention with a standout hospitality touch.

You will sell memberships and retail, maintain the studio, and help deliver SPENGA's unique 60-minute workout experience through excellent service. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities
• Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
• Motivation and drive
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin and yoga are a plus

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, emotionally intelligent, & able to connect with people. You’re the first impression of our studio, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, create excitement, and deliver SPENGA hospitality to members and help new guests feel comfortable taking the first step toward their fitness goals. Evening/Weekends available. Minimum 2-3 shifts/week required. Hours needed are 4:30p-8:30pm M-Th, Saturday 7:30a-12pm, Sunday 8:30a-1:00p

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
