SPENGA Spring House is seeking an upbeat Associate to warmly welcome and care for members, creating a positive studio atmosphere. You will maintain the facility, assist members, and contribute to a welcoming SPENGA culture.

Responsibilities include selling memberships, addressing questions, and supporting a social, team-oriented environment. Training and advancement opportunities are provided to help you grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Make members and prospective members feel welcomed and cared for.
• Maintain a clean facility.
• Sell memberships.
• Address member and prospective member questions and concerns.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
