Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months’ customer service experience in health club, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Current CPR / AED certification is required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly as they enter and exit the club.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer as needed.
• Check in members and verify memberships.
