24 Hour Fitness is seeking a dedicated professional to welcome new members and guide them in their fitness journeys. This full-time position requires building genuine relationships with members by actively listening and recommending personalized solutions to support their fitness goals.

With a focus on service, you will ensure a positive, motivating environment that inspires members. Candidates must be self-motivated, have retail or fitness sales experience, and obtain CPR and AED certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others with a genuine interest in learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new members and guiding them through their fitness journey.
• Answering questions and resolving concerns for members and guests.
• Keeping the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe.
• Delivering outstanding sales and service experiences.
• Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience.
