Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a welcoming, member-focused individual to greet new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and recommending personalized solutions that support overall fitness success and community belonging.

You will balance strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fitness to create a positive, motivating member experience and drive engagement across our offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Availability for full-time with flexible weekday, weekend, and holiday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit.
• Support onboarding experience to connect members with fitness offerings; first face they see when they walk in.
