Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Onboard new members and connect them to fitness offerings, ensuring a smooth and engaging start.
