Job summary

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full Time Regular Recreation/Customer Service team member. You will welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, assist with fitness and recreational activities, and maintain a safe, clean environment throughout the center.

You will interact with guests and colleagues, execute transactions ethically, and participate in ongoing staff trainings to uphold center policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in customer relations and leading fitness and/or recreational activities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides Excellent Customer Service to Members, Guests and Colleagues.
• Greets all people warmly and maintains a welcoming environment.
• Assists in keeping the facility clean and organized.
• Handles inquiries by phone and in person professionally.
• Operates card systems and processes transactions per policy.
• Attends department and center meetings and trainings.
