Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Mountain View, CA seeks a Front Desk/Member Services associate to welcome new members and guide them on their fitness journey.

You will build trust-based relationships, listen to goals, and recommend personalized solutions to support overall fitness success, creating a positive, motivating member experience.

This role includes onboarding, maintaining a safe gym environment, and delivering a friendly, informative visit for every guest.

Qualifications

• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience with a welcoming, informative atmosphere.
• Support onboarding to connect members to fitness offerings as the first friendly face.
