Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Mountain View, CA is seeking a full-time Member Service Associate to welcome new members and guide them through their fitness journey. You will build trust-based relationships, listen to members, understand needs, and suggest personalized solutions to support their goals.

In this role you will greet, check-in, and connect members with the right resources, maintain a clean and safe gym, and deliver a welcoming, informative experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and open‑mindedness; you show up as yourself and act with integrity.
• Self‑motivated and passionate about helping others, with a genuine interest in learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well‑maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members with a welcoming, informative experience.
• Support a strong onboarding experience so new members connect to fitness offerings.
