Qualifications

• Experience in identifying member needs and building relationships; cash handling and customer service helpful.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by engaging with every member and guiding them through the full journey.
• Drive branch performance by managing a personal production pipeline and outbound follow-up.
• Achieve target goals in Debt Protection and GAP sales and referrals to Mortgage and Investment teams.
• Assist members through loan and account opening processes, explaining options clearly.
