Job summary

You will help members navigate ITMs and digital banking tools, open and maintain accounts, and pursue proactive sales and financial education to support member wellbeing and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and building member loyalty.
• Proven ability to educate members on financial options and digital tools.
• Comfortable using technology and teaching others to use ITMs and apps.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, deliver personalized service and education.
• Open new accounts and maintain deposits and loans.
• Conduct outreach to deepen member relationships and meet goals.
• Assist with ITMs and digital banking demonstrations and troubleshooting.
• Balance risk with policy adherence and secure branch operations.
