Job summary

APG Federal Credit Union is seeking a Hybrid Personal Banker/Financial Concierge to welcome members, educate them on products, and help them use ITMs and digital banking tools. You will build relationships, open new accounts, and support transactions while delivering exceptional service in a tech-enabled branch environment.

The role requires consultative sales experience and financial services knowledge, with a focus on member education and wellness.

Qualifications

• One-year consultative sales experience required with a proven record of building member loyalty.
• One to two years financial services experience, specifically with deposit and lending products.
• Must be able to educate members on financial wellness and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and deliver personalized, timely service.
• Assist with ITMs and digital banking demonstrations.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, deposits, loans, and CDs.
• Build relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and risk controls.
