Job summary

APGFCU in Baltimore seeks a hybrid Personal Banker/Financial Concierge to deliver exceptional service and financial education. You will welcome members, open accounts, assist with ITMs and digital tools, and help members navigate a full range of credit union products in a modern, tech-enabled environment.

Under branch management, you will build relationships, meet goals for deposits and loans, and support community outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with additional training.
• One-year consultative sales experience required.
• 1-2 years financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide personalized service.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and maintain deposits/loans.
• Assist with ITMs and digital banking tools and provide demonstrations.
• Meet goals for shares, loans and referrals per plan.
• Ensure branch operations are efficient and secure.
