Job summary

You will build relationships, educate members on products and services, and guide them through digital tools such as ITMs and mobile banking to enhance everyday banking experiences.

The role requires a proven sales mindset, strong communication skills and a commitment to the credit union's people-helping-people philosophy.

Qualifications

• One-year consultative sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to teach others to use digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage members with a welcoming, service-driven approach.
• Educate members on products and services and digital tools.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; maintain deposits and loans.
• Support business development and community events.
