Job summary

The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles seeks a Manager, Member Experience who designs and implements event programming to attract new audiences and deepen membership engagement. You will support member services, welcome-pack materials, and member-exclusive offerings through the Museum Store, collaborating across Development, Visitor Services, Curatorial, Marketing, and Special Events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event programming to attract new audiences and deepen membership engagement.
• Support member customer service, welcome package materials, and member-exclusives through the Museum Store.
• Collaborate across departments—Development, Visitor Services, Curatorial, Marketing, and Special Events—on key priorities.
• Ideate and execute programs that focus on the power of art and artists to drive transformation.
