Job summary

Moss Creek Owners Association on Hilton Head Island is seeking an Assistant Clubhouse Coordinator to join our Clubhouse team. This hospitality role blends member service, hostess responsibilities, administrative support, and event coordination.

No two days are the same, with duties ranging from greeting and seating members, answering questions, creating flyers and menus, to providing backup food and beverage service as needed. Pay ranges $19.00–$20.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, restaurants, reception, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Canva is a plus!
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests.
• Greet and seat members and assist with dining reservations.
• Answer phones and assist with member questions.
• Provide administrative support to the Clubhouse team.
• Help create flyers, signage, menus, and event materials.
• Assist with special events and member functions.
• Provide backup food and beverage service when needed.
• Help keep Clubhouse operations organized and running smoothly.
