Job summary

Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, part of Discovery Land Company, seeks a Member Experience Coordinator to shape memorable experiences for members and guests in a luxury resort setting.

In this role you will coordinate arrivals, reservations, and activities, while collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional service consistent with the brand. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and proven success in a support role in hospitality or guest service is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver service to members, guests, and team members face-to-face and virtually.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer and communication platforms including TEI, Jonas, Pacesetter App, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, inclusive community and supporting culture of well‑being where families enjoy life while living seasonally in harmony with nature.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures, accommodations, transportation, reservations, and activities for members, guests, and visitors.
• Welcome members/guests on arrival and departure, creating a welcoming environment.
• Monitor and answer member inquiries promptly via club email, phone, and messaging.
• Work closely with departments to ensure seamless service when executing requests.
• Create and update daily reporting communication for club distribution.
• Maintain member profiles and preferences across platforms.
• Create and update written communication and visual guides including calendars, staff bios, and photos.
• Promote activities and club information in line with brand standards.
