Job summary

Arcis Golf in Medina, OH is seeking a Member Relations & Events Coordinator to enhance the member experience by onboarding new members, nurturing relationships, and supporting club initiatives. You will lead lifestyle programming and social offerings, coordinate event calendars, work with the Food & Beverage team on function sheets, and attend events to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and executes new member onboarding process.
Builds and facilitates the Club's Lifestyle Programming & Social offerings and unified calendar.
Works with F&B to create function sheets and event files; attends events to ensure flawless execution.
Supports programming to increase Golf Rounds, Member Visits, F&B Revenue, and Member Satisfaction.
Develops and executes a Member communication plan (phone, emails, calendars, website, social media, signage).
Supports retention strategies and adherence to brand values.
