Job summary

Fox Meadow Country Club in Medina, OH, is seeking a Member Relations & Events Coordinator to enhance member experiences and drive membership growth. You will manage onboarding, plan lifestyle and social programming, coordinate events with the F&B team, and support retention initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, with occasional evenings and weekends required to support events and member activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
• One year of golf course/private club-related work experience is preferred.
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding.
• Builds and facilitates Lifestyle Programming & Social offerings with a unified calendar.
• Collaborates with Food & Beverage to execute event files, contracts and floor plans.
• Supports development of programming to increase golf rounds, visits, revenue and satisfaction.
• Develops and executes a Member communication plan across calls, emails, calendars and social channels.
• Assists retention initiatives and upholds the club’s mission and values.
